Just For Today: Guided Metta Meditation for Relapse Prevention

This metta meditation was created in order to cultivate a loving-kindness towards ourselves. Develop an understanding of our recovery journey and provide a tool for when the urges strike. 

The 3 stages of relapse are important to recoginze within ourselves in order to catch it in time and act. The earlier we act the better the chance for us to succeed. It is never too late but it is better to catch relapse at it’s early stages.
