Sometimes urges hit us at the worst time, if we look deeply we can find patterns in our cravings.

Usually cravings arise when we do activities that were associated with using. We need to put in some work to rewire our brain to understand that this activity is no longer associated with drinking. I know it can be hard sometimes and this short guided meditation is designed to help with centering and activating the nervous system to notice the new normal
